Our goal is to empower our students with the mental, physical, and emotional tools needed to achieve their goals in life, in addition to teaching the self-defense skills needed to survive an altercation. We practice Kuk Sool, a well-organized self-defense system from Korea. Our martial art explores and integrates all aspects of fighting and is practiced for self-defense, mental and physical conditioning, competition and fun.
